This will make about three full bowls of soup
Heat up a skillet on high heat.
Mix the ingredients together into a rough dough.
Butter the skillet and place three dollops of dough.
Wait until you see the bottom edge get dry and flip.
Let the other side get some time on the pan and take out the little pancakes.
Serve with powdered sugar an a little scoop of extra quark.
Optional for the sauce!
Slowly heat orange juice and apricot jam until it forms a thin sauce.
Serve this warm with your pancakes.
